Little Gamers!

Look at these little gamers of ours! Bubba is complete obsessed with video games. At the age of 5, that's not the best thing ever. He already has Bryn gaming! Not really, but she loves to pretend!

We already have to put limits on his video game playing. Nate and I are both so guilty of this but letting him play the Wii or his DSI is the best entertainment to keep this busy 5 year old occupied. But this boy has to be entertained so if we aren't playing with him then he wants to play his video games or watch TV. This boy is a couch potato already. He loves to stay home on the weekends and hang out in his underoos playing games and watching TV. He is into Star Wars and has been playing with his many Stars Wars toys and figures he got for Christmas and thank goodness warmer weather is on it's way so that we can get active and play outside.

These pics were taken some time ago. Obviously, look how little Brynee looks! So dang cute!

We Will Miss You Grandma Marsha

MARSHA PETERSON
Marsha Trujillo Peterson 1953 ~ 2011 MAGNA-Marsha Trujillo Peterson, age 57, passed away at her home in Magna after a brief battle with cancer. She was born August 11, 1953 in Blanco, NM to Juanita Trujillo. She married her high school sweetheart, Roxy Peterson on February 11, 1972 in Salt Lake City, UT. Marsha loved arts and crafts and had a love for animals, especially CoCo and Rain. She spent much of her life as a homemaker and truly loved her time raising her two sons, Quintin and Nathan. Interment: Valley View Memorial Park.

We are so very sad that she had to go so early in life and that she won't get to see Hayden and Brynlee grow but we are thankful for the time that we all got to spend with her. Even though Brynlee didn't get much time with her and she won't remember her because she is so little, she will have something of her Ma Marsha's to cherish forever, her wedding ring. Marsha left all of her jewelry to me which in turn I am saving for her only grand daughter, Brynlee. I am sure Nate will be proud to someday be able to give this special piece of his Mom to his Daughter.

We will miss you Grandma Marsha. We Love You.

Bryn's First Haircut!

Brynlee got her first haircut a few weeks ago. We needed to get that baby stringy type hair off. Our cute friend Shyann was so good with her and made her look like a little princess. She cut the back into a little bob and kind of stacked it in the back. She just trimmed up the long top and made it look cute as ever! She looks like such a big little girl!

I love this picture! Look at that dimple! Thanks Jes for taking these pics for us!

Shyann was curling up her hair and it was adorable when she was all finished but the crazy Mom that I am I forgot to take a picture when she was all done. But she is still cute as ever!

Brynlee....11 Months Old!

Another month older! And growing so fast! She is changing so much! Brynlee is still a Mommy’s Girl however she is starting to grow very fond of her Daddy. She loves to be in her Daddy’s arms and lay on put her head down on his chest and fall asleep. She is just a little love muffin!

New Things About Bryn…..

She has TWO teeth now! They are side by side on the bottom right in the middle. It is so cute! I think that might be it for now as there are no signs of any others coming in right now.

She is so close to walking! She will stand on her own and she has taken a step or two by herself.

We have a big girl on our hands… Bryn is in a big girl car seat! I jumped the gun a little bit but not by much. I was done hauling her around in that infant seat. My heck her legs were hanging way over and she was all scrunched up when I put her in the car. So I don’t feel so guilty for moving her into the big girl seat a little sooner that we should. She loves it! Such a big girl!

Bryn is still a picky little eater. There aren’t too many things that I can get her to eat but right now I think her favorite thing is fresh strawberries. We have also been trying to get her to drink from a sippy cup. We have been trying this for a few months now and trying to get the perfect cup that she likes to use. We finally found one! I am excited about the sippy cups cause they are so cute and girly! Her bottles were just plain so I have been going crazy over sippy cups. She has cute ones with Princesses, Minnie Mouse and cute flowers. Just too cute!

Other than all of this, Bryn is gearing up for her big 1st birthday! Well, she might not know that it’s coming but her Mommy is sure getting excited about it! She has been worrying and working real hard to make sure this day is just perfect!! Can’t wait!

I think she is out growing her infant car seat! What do you think?

These Shoes Were Made For Walkin'

Bryn got her first pair of real tennis shoes! No more crib shoes (as they call them)! She is barely fitting into big girl shoes and her first pair are these cute Nike's. She loves to wear them. I think that it helps her feel more secure about walking. Hopefully that is coming real soon!

Dang! Is she cute or what?!

Happy ST. Patty's Day!

The little Leprechauns came to visit again this year leaving Hayden some gold coins. And that's not all...those sneaky little fellas also left our gallon of milk green and left green pop rocks candy in his shoes. Hayden told me that the Leprechauns are invisible and they were still here so he asked them if they would bring more gold coins while he was gone to school. Well, those silly little guys did and left them all over the house for Hayden to find.

Maybe the Leprechauns were so good to him because he wore his lucky shirt!

If only I could be this skinny....

Well, I might not want to be this skinny but our little bubba is super skinny. My heck, he is 5 years old and he still wears 2T underoos! They fit his little behind so cute! Anyway, I have this little bucket that I like to put ice in when we have little get togethers and Hayden decided he wanted to sit in and watch TV. He is so silly! This bucket isn't very big but neither his little bum!
