A Night With The Bee's

Over July 24th weekend we decided to go to a Bee's baseball game. Hayden got tickets to any game when he played his first year of t-ball. So we decided to make a family night and my Brother and his family came with us and our little buddy Trevor. We didn't get to sit exactly to where the boys would sit and pay attention so they of course got a little board and wanted to go get treats, treats, and more treats! Which they did cause their Daddy's or so dang nice! Little did we know however, we were actually in a great spot! We were off to the east side of the field close to the lawn seats so the boys were able to get up and run around and play. Really super nice!!! Then after the game we got to go down onto the field and watch fireworks! The boys thought that was way cool!! The firework show was actually amazing! Hayden and Brynlee were both in AAAWWWWW!!! What a fun summer family activity! (Even though we didn't do much baseball game watchin'!)

Getting ready to roll down the big grass hill.

Sister being cute as always! Having fun watch all the kids run and play.

Hayden and his two best buddies!

Trevor didn't think the Bee was so cool up close in person!

Yummy snow cones!

Brynlee...4 Months Old

Our little Angel is now 4 months old! Brynlee is getting so big and so is her cute personality. She is more and more a Momma’s girl! I love it!! Her big eyes are on me at all times when she is not in my arms. She watches my every move. At her 4 month check up she weighed 12.14 pounds which brings her to just below 50th% and 24 inches long which is right on 50th%. She seems so bug but yet she is still so tiny. She has the cutest little features ever! I looked to see how big Hayden was at his 4 month check up and oh my heavens was there a big difference! Hayden was 16.47 pounds and 24 ½ inches long. He was our little butterball!!

Dr. Kelly gave us the OK to start some baby food. Of course I first tried bananas. I’m not sure if she likes them or not yet and I don’t think she is too sure about the eating thing herself yet. I am sure she will love them as time goes on and she gets used to it. She likes apple juice though!

A few weeks ago I started putting rice cereal in her bedtime bottle thinking that it will help her sleep longer through the night. Well, she is not so much sleeping through the night yet. I am slowly starting to transition her over to her bed that is in our room for at least half the night. I know, I should have never had her sleep with me in the first place but I love it and I still wouldn’t have changed a thing. Nate on the other hand thinks its way overdue that she should be sleeping in her crib clear in her own room. I am sure he is right but I am just not ready and am so content with her right next to me.

A few more tid bits about Bryn-

She loves to stick her tongue out. She has this little infatuation with it. It seems to be always hanging out!

I dont think it has been witnessed yet by anyone but Bryn can now all the way over. She gets around!!

She loves to be outside! She is so happy and contect when we go for walks or just sit on the porch. She loves watching the leaves on the trees blow in the wind.

I sure wished I could freeze time just for a little while so that we could have this time with Brynlee last longer!! Her big smiles and big eyes are so contagious that we can’t seem to get enough of her! She is the light of our lives!!

Sister with her Bubba. Bryn's very first piggie tails done by her Aunt Debbie!

All Smiles!

Bryn's first dirty face! Yummy!!

Uncle Ted has a Farm E-I-E-I-OOOOO

Uncle Ted invited us out to his house because he had some new baby calves that had to be bottle fed. He thought the boys would love to feed them by a big giant bottle. And that they did! We also took our friend Trevor along with us. He wasn't so into feeding the calves as our boys were but he still had fun!

While we were there we got to see the stinky big pigs and the goats and the chickens too. It took alot of coaxing but I finally got the boys to at least pet the goats.

Thanks Uncle Ted for thinking of us and letting us come visit the farm!

Summer Fun Bathing Beauties!

We have been having a fun and busy summer! We are just barely getting ready for our first boating trip for the season. We have had lots of fun swimming birthday parties, bbq's, and lots of playin with friends and family! Even though I am back to work now we still seem to be fitting all the fun we can in! Even with the extremely hot temps these days! Time is flying on by with Hayden going to start his 2nd year of preschool and Brynlee turning 4 months old already! It sounds ridiculous but now is the time I start thinking about and shopping for the cutest Halloween costumes and planning Hayden's birthday party. With Christmas just around the corner I start getting overwhelmed so I have to have a master plan and now is the time I start getting things in order. What a joke huh!!!

Hope everyone is having a fun filled summer!!
