Mrs. Tongue!

Aunt Debbie thinks Brynlee is part lizard! She has constantly got her tongue out. She moves it in and out just like a snake or lizard does. Maybe she is part reptile?!

Oh how I love this little lizard of mine!!!

Daddy's Girl?!

Daddy's Girl Huh? I beg to differ. Brynee Bug is TOTALLY a Mommy's Girl!!! It doesn't matter who has her or what she is doing she will always put her arms for her Mommy or be watching my every move. And, she totally has her Mommy wrapped tight around her pretty little finger! But dang she looks so cute whether she is Mommy's or Daddy's little Girl!!

Bathing Beauty Bryn!

My oh My!! I think it's time that Bryn moves into the big girl bath tub. She is almost out grown her cute pink baby bath tub! Gosh how timne flies! Brynlee has always loved to take baths. Now that she can sit up by her self she loves to put her hands in the running water and try to grab it. It's so fun to watch her as she is growing and learning!

Brynlee.....6 Months Old!

My Brynee Bug is 6 months old!! She is growing so fast and getting so smart. It won't be long and she will be crawling. She is all over the place and even gets up on her hands and knees like she wants to take right off but she hasn't quite figured that part out yet. Within the past month Brynlee has learned so much. She now waves to us. It is the cutest little hand waving I have ever seen! She just doesn't seem big enough to do any of these things yet. My most favorite thing ever that she has learned is when she puts her arms out to me when she wants me to pick her up, AND......her little shyness (that she gets from me!). It is so super cute when I am holding her and someone new talks to her she gets so shy and puts her head down on my chest and gives this little innocent sweet smile. It melts my heart! She is pure sweetness!!!!

New things about Brynlee........

She now weighs 14.4lbs and is 26 inches long. That's 2 pounds and 2 inches in 2 months. I guess I was right on thinking she is petite! That puts her in the 25th percentile in her weight and 50th percentile in her height.

Brynlee has decided she likes a few new foods. I guess she might have been getting tired of eating sweet potatoes and pears everyday. She still hasn't taken to a whole lot of different flavors but I am sure she will over time. She now eats #2 baby food. She has added the following to her diet-Sweet Corn Casserole, Blueberries & Apples, Mango's, Oatmeal & Apples, Rice Cereal & Mixed Fruit. She is up to eating about 3 jars of food per day.

Brotherly Love!

Hayden loves his baby sister so much! He loves to tease her and make her squeal just as much as he loves to hug and squeeze her and give her kisses! She is the first thing he wants to see when he wakes up in the mornings!

Hayden said to me "Mommy, when I grow big like Dad and Brynlee grows big like you I'm gonna marry her". How cute is that?!

Hayden's First Day Of School!

Our little Bubba started his 2nd year of preschool with Aunt San's. He is now in with the big 4 year olds this year! We are so lucky to have Landen and Trevor together with Hayden for their last year of preschool.

Hayden has been so excited to go see his Teachers and to play with all of his friends. Grandma and Grandpa took Hayden school clothes shopping and bought all his new school clothes and shoes. (Thanks so much Mom and Dad!) His Daddy and I took him to pick out his own backpack and you will never guess what he picked... Transformers! When we went and he had so many to choose from but he still chose the big Bumble Bee Transformer one. That boy loves loves loves Transformers!!

As I dropped Hayden off for his first day back, he didn't even cry or latch on to me as if he were never going to see me again. Ok, so he did latch on to me for a brief moment but that was very short lived. He soon went and sat right down with the rest of the kids as Teacher was telling them stories. It kind of makes me sad but happy at the same time. He is growing up so fast but yet I am not ready for him too. He is still my little Hayda Bug and my little Bubba and always will be. (weather he likes it or not!)

Brynlee.... 5 Months Old

Brynlee.... our growing little princess! Growing and learning like crazy! It is so much fun to see her getting so big and so curious about life going on around her. Now that she is 5 months old, here are a few things about how she is doing.

New Things About Brynlee....

Brynlee still is not a big fan of eating baby food. We have tried all the #1 foods and so far the only one she likes are sweet potatoes, pears, and applesauce.

She rolls all over the place to get to where she needs to go.

She is sitting up on her now!! She is such a big girl!

Brynlee has silly time where she shakes her head like a little mad women!! It's so cute!
